MRFF Grant Opportunities funding outcomes announced, media embargo lifted
The Minister for Health and Ageing, Minister for Disability and the National Disability Insurance Scheme, the Hon Mark Butler MP, has announced the funding outcomes for the following Medical Research Future Fund grant opportunities on Saturday 20 September 2025:
- 2024 Alcohol and Other Drugs (GO7060)
- 2024 Brain Cancer Discovery and Translation (GO7224)
- 2024 Improving Health Outcomes of People with Intellectual Disability (GO7217)
- 2024 Infertility, Pregnancy Loss and Menopause (GO7056)
- 2024 Integrated Multidisciplinary Models of Primary Care (GO7154)
- 2024 International Clinical Trial Collaborations Round 2 (GO6825)
- 2024 Novel Treatments and Management Strategies for Chronic Pain (GO7061)
- 2024 Traumatic Brain Injury (GO7213)

Outcomes for these grant opportunities are no longer under media embargo, however, outcomes of other grant opportunities remain under media embargo until announced as advised previously.
RAOs are requested to pass this information to the relevant Chief Investigators within their institutions.
