The twenty first meeting of the National Health and Medical Research Council’s (NHMRC) Dietary Guidelines Expert Committee (Expert Committee) was held in December 2025 by videoconference.

Evidence to inform the Australian Dietary Guidelines

The Expert Committee considered evidence-to-decision frameworks for multiple topics.

Members reviewed and provided feedback on the draft protocol for an evidence synthesis of the impacts of dietary patterns on depression in adults.
