Sapphire Issue

NHMRC is currently investigating an issue affecting Sapphire where Sapphire users are unable to access applications via the hyperlink on the 'Applications' Sapphire page.

For applicants:

  • A work around exists where the user can view the application by expanding the application drop-down menu and clicking 'View Application'.
  • For users that do not have edit access to the application, this work around will not work for applications with a status of 'Application preparation'.

For RAOs:

Applications can be accessed via the hyperlinks inside these dashboards:

  • Apply – Application Details
  • Apply - Application Progress
  • Apply – Application Status.

NHMRC is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience and will provide updates as they become available.
