NHMRC is aware of the issue that using Sapphire in a browser with an Ad blocker extension may lead to data not being saved.
To address this our vendor has deployed an update which will make the form ‘read-only’ if there is an Ad blocker detected.
Users are encouraged to disable any Ad blockers in their browsers when using Sapphire and save their application regularly. Users may need to refresh their browser once they disable any Ad blockers.
