IACR 2023 Timeline
To retain NHMRC Administering Institution status, all Administering Institutions are required to submit an Institutional Annual Compliance Report (IACR) to NHMRC, detailing ongoing compliance with the NHMRC Funding Agreement and other relevant policies for the previous calendar year.
In 2024, we will conduct the 2023 IACR online survey earlier – opening on Monday 12 February 2024 and closing at Wednesday 27 March 2024 5.00pm AEDT.
Following feedback from last year, we will be creating and conducting the survey using a private survey in Citizen Space, an accessible online platform, with the ability for Administering Institutions to enter and save data before finalising submission. As we did last year, we will also release the IACR survey accompanied by an offline writable form to assist Administering Institutions with gathering the necessary information from across their institution prior to submission.
In mid-February, we will send out an email to all Primary RAOs, and the Administering Institution generic mailbox addresses, advising that the 2023 IACR online survey portal is open for submissions. This email will also advise where a writable PDF of the IACR 2023 survey questions will be available for download from NHMRC's website.
All surveys MUST be submitted using the online survey method.
Responses will be due Wednesday 27 March 2024.
Please note that all NHMRC Administering Institutions will be required to answer the full IACR survey, even if your institution has not administered any NHMRC funding in the reporting year.
