  • the development of the resource
  • where the evidence underpinning the resource has been obtained
  • when it was developed

Requirements for acceptance

For resources to be accepted onto eGenetics it is essential that:

  1. you sign the agreement acknowledging that you are responsible for the maintenance of the resource, and that the resource is not approved or endorsed by the NHMRC;
  2. the resource does not contain material or link to material which endorses or promotes discrimination;
  3. the evidence base of the resource is current and appropriate for the level of detail for the resource;

All enquires should be directed to eGenetics@nhmrc.gov.au.

How resources are assessed

All resources submitted will be assessed by the Resource Evaluation Team. The RET will rate the resource for currency, its development and relevance to eGenetics according to the RET checklist. The RET does not perform an editorial function.

If a submitted resource requires content appraisal, the resource will be referred by RET to a NHMRC panel of experts for evaluation.
