Project: Understanding how a 'community of practice' network contributes to improving evidence uptake in health care settings
Ms Bruhn's research study involves a case study of the NICS emergency care community of practice as a model for evidence uptake and its potential for application in other clinical settings. The study focuses on the factors that determine the effectiveness of the community of practice in changing practice and aims to identify the features that foster or provide barriers to the successful development of a community of practice in any clinical setting.
