CEO Update: Outcomes of the 2013-14 Budget for NHMRC

I am pleased to provide an update on the outcome of the 14 May Federal Budget as it relates to the National Health and Medical Research Council. Minor amendment to the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research (2007)

The Australian Health Ethics Committee and National Health and Medical Research Council have approved a minor amendment to the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research (2007). The National Statement promotes ethical human research. This change alters the spelling of foetus to fetus throughout the document.
