AHEC has statutory responsibility for developing guidelines regarding ethical conduct of research. AHEC has also developed some other general guidelines with other committees. General guidelines can be found below.

Organ and Tissue Donation

The NHMRC has developed a series of documents addressing ethical issues on organ and tissue donation for health professionals and for the community.  The documents provide a comprehensive range of information on Organ Donation for everyday Australians, including families, seniors, singles and carers; and specialist information for clinicians and other health professionals.
