Synopsis

Guidelines for a Palliative Approach in Residential Aged Care are evidence-based guidelines developed by the Australian Palliative Residential Aged Care (APRAC) project team. The guidelines aim to provide support and guidance for the delivery of a palliative approach in residential aged care facilities across Australia.
