Australia Fellowship - Round 5
Application for an Australia Fellowship is a two stage process as follows:
- Submission of an Expression of Interest; and
- Call for Full Application for short-listed applicants
Key Dates
Expression of Interest (EOI)
- Open 10 February 2010
- Close 25 March 2010
- International Applicants Close 30 July 2010
Call for submission of a Full Application
- Open 28 May 2010
- Close 9 July 2010

- Review the Australia Fellowship Round Five Funding Policy, in particular the eligibility requirements and use of Australia Fellowship funds;
- Review the Australia Fellowship Round Five Guide for Applicants which provides detailed advice on completion and submission of the Expression of Interest and the Full Application;
- Download and complete the Australia Fellowship Round Five Full Application Form;
- Submit your completed application to your administering institution

The Howard Florey Emeritus Fellowship Advice and Instructions to Applicants for Funding in 2011 is provided below to assist you in completing Part A of your application. Complete the application form at https://www.rgms.nhmrc.gov.au.
To apply for a Practitioner Fellowship you will first need to complete the Profile and CV component in RGMS.
The Practitioner Fellowships Advice and Instructions to Applicants for Funding in 2011 is provided below to assist you in completing parts A and B of your application. This documentation is also located in the RGMS Knowledge Store.

NHMRC and the Victorian Neurotrauma Initiative (VNI) have agreed to provide co-funding across a number of people support schemes. NHMRC and VNI will support a Practitioner Fellowship in the field of Neurotrauma for funding to commence in 2011.
To apply for this joint NHMRC/ VNI Fellowship, please refer to the instructions for applying for a NHMRC Practitioner Fellowship.
As VNI is not listed as a co-funding partner on the application form, applicants should confirm their intention of applying for the joint NHMRC / VNI Practitioner Fellowship by advising NHMRC at research.fellowships@nhmrc.gov.au
