Ongoing management of Training (Postdoctoral) Fellowships

The following documents and templates are to be used by current Training Fellowship holders in fulfilling their reporting requirements under the Deed of Agreement.

Final Reporting

In accordance with the NHMRC Deed of Agreement, Final Reports must be submitted to the NHMRC by the specified due date.

Financial Reporting

In accordance with the NHMRC Deed of Agreement all certified Administering Institutions are required to submit financial reports for each individual funded project. The timing of these reports is outlined in item G of the Schedule for each funded project.

Mid Term Reports

All Training Fellows are to submit a mid-term report on work undertaken using the following form.

Please note that a list of all publications resulting from the Fellowship should be appended. The Fellow's supervisor is to complete and sign the second page of the form. The Form should be forwarded, through your Institution's Research Office, to:

Conditions of Award

The Conditions of Award applying to Training (Postdoctoral) Fellowship holders ie. those that commenced their Fellowship before 2003, is available below. Those Fellows that commenced in 2003, and more recently, are covered by Deeds of Agreement.
