Consumers - Have your say

The NHMRC is committed to ensuring community input into its work program. There are a number of ways in which this can happen:

  • through consumer representatives appointed to the Council, its principal committees, and its working committees;
  • through formal and informal public consultation;
  • through specific projects with the Consumers Health Forum such as implementation of the joint Statement on Consumer and Community Participation in Health and Medical Research; and
  • by having consumers contacting relevant NHMRC consumer representative on their matters of concern.

If you would like to raise an issue with a consumer representative, please send an email to the NHMRC Council Secretary exec.sec@nhmrc.gov.au.

Your message will then be forwarded to the appropriate consumer representative in NHMRC.
