Functions
The role of the Consumer Consultative Group is to:
- Act as a forum for the mutual support of the consumer and community members of Council and Principal Committees, as Council and these committees develop advice for the CEO.
- Provide advice to the Council and CEO on consumer and community participation issues relating to the work of respective Principal Committees and NHMRC.
- To provide a framework to lead in the engagement of consumers in research and health advice.
